I just wanna share my experience with lenskart. I am from India and have used them back there about 5-7 years ago and ever since then I am using their products. I used to go with lenses which have blue light filter, scratch resistant, break resistant, smudge resistant, UV filter. I'd usually got with their BOGO offers and would get it under $30 or $40 for 2 eyeglasses with rimless frame. I have been a happy customer until few months back when they launched in USA. I cannot log into India website and buy for order in India. I'd have to place order through US website in USD only. They are geo locating the IP and blocking me.

I am not realy aware about vpn giving India's IP but then I ended up buying under Buy one get one at $60 with 20% generic coupon for BLU glasses with rimless. I might have saved $30 if purchased and delivered in India and would have to ask someone to ship from India to US for another $15. So I just let it go and placed the order directly and they delivered it with fedex within 10 days to US
