Steps:
1.) Get the OnePlus Store App: https://play.google.com/store/app...n_US&gl=US

2.) Log into App, and then log into or create OnePlus Account

3.) Go to Account, Click the "Free Shipping for All Accessories" coupon voucher next to My Benefits.

4.) This will take you to the OnePlus Club Page. Hit the Free Shipping for all Accessories benefit voucher.

5.) Claim the voucher and bind it to your account.

6.) Go to the Store. At the top category slider/banner, select Audio. Scroll down to OnePlus Buds Z and click Buy Now.

7.) White should be selected, which drops the price to $1.99. Add to Cart.

8.) Go to Cart, hit Checkout.

9.)The free shipping voucher will remove $10 charge as long as the voucher was bound to account first

update on mine... received yesterday, they wouldn't turn on out of the box - no light, no syncing, resetting did nothing, etc, so i charged them. still nothing. i chatted with customer support and they're sending me return labels to send back my item. they're going to "check" my item and then replace them if, indeed, they are defective.

i am annoyed the replacement is hinged upon their service staff checking them, because now i have to wait up to 48 hours for the shipping label, up to 7 days or so for the item to arrive at their service center, an unknown number of days for them to check it, and up to 7 more days for the replacement to be sent to me.

Thats how replacements generally work. Even apple wont replace your Airpods in advance without inspecting them first unless you have AppleCare.

I have a note 20 ultra. All I did was open the Bluetooth setting on my phone and open the ear buds lid on the charging case and they instantly saw each other and all is well.

On Android the HeyMelody app [google.com] lets you update firmware and modify the touch controls. Mine were already on the newest firmware.
