An age old argument, that will depend on comparing apples to apples and the latest designs. For bi-metal and the price, these are fine. but you will go through a bunch of them. If you want to lay down the cash for carbide, Diablo has been better than Milwaukee for steel, but Lenox is better than Diablo. And all three have been better than DeWalt that does just decent with wood.
And of course, there is diamond grit, carbide grit, etc. It just depends on what you are cutting, the proper speed and moving the saw to and from to clear the debris on thicker steel while trying to use all the teeth.

I got the blade pack in this post and then the 2 pack of the carbide. normal price is $10 for one blade.
That oscillating blade set isn't horrible since there is a carbide and titanium blade in it. I just hate how expensive those things are. Just added the 10 pack. Also on special. Doubles up what was in the 5 pack but only $15 more. I ended up ordering that and will think about it.
I missed the order window by a few seconds to get it by tomorrow. Not that I need any of it tomorrow, but just surprised it was almost next day shipping for free.

In terms of a bimetal blade... bimetal blades are bimetal blades. But since carbide blades came out, especially the diablo, I've not used bimetal blades. In fact, every blade I own for every tool, is carbide. I can't even use bimetal hole saws anymore.
Carbide has spoiled me.

I use diablo on a few things, but not for their bigger circular saw blades, as the carbide isn't actually very good on Diablo, compared to Freud, CMT, Forrest, etc.
So I tried the Lenox Laser carbide blades thinking they'd be better than Diablo. And while they did have a harder carbide, I had a lot of issues with their weld and teeth breaking off. So I was really disappointed with Lenox carbide blades.
I wish better brands would make jigsaw, recip, and hole saw blades. Like I wish I could get Lenox carbide, with a Diablo weld, and no red/white coating on my projects.
