The N4000 is about 20% faster. Two more years as well on newer Chromebooks.

But this would work for basic things.

If your budget is tight and you are OK with Refurb this is much better and cheaper.

The N4020 is quite fast about 30% faster. Lenovo does better on monitors as well.

Edit: It is now expired. Not worth the current $139 price.

I've checked out this laptop. The screen is "fair." If you care about the screen, I would wait or buy something better (that will cost more). Its standard medium quality TN. It's not washed out like the $150 lenovos.
