Never again you'll see the trade-in an S10 and get the Note20 Ultra for $286. Best deal I've ever gotten on a device with no plan/contract involved.

^this. In my experience with Walmart deals that require installment plans, you can typically pay the full amount anytime after starting the installment plan since there are no bill credits.

It looks like the Galaxy s21+ is also on sale and cheaper than both BestBuy and Verizon.
link please. Thanks

Same. I almost pulled the trigger here, but Bill credits are going to kill it for me and I'm not sure it's worth the hassle of upgrading at this point.
Bill credits only if you trade in old device. This is a finance plan you can pay off

There is no Note 20 Plus - only Note 20, and Note 20 Ultra - that would be funny if people got the regular Note which is interior but I doubt that will be the case as the title clearly says Ultra. Its got to be a good phone if its named after a super computer android that just almost destroyed the multiverse on What If

I think you can trade in for bill credits at your respective carrier even if you buy elsewhere - but not sure, I would check

wayyyyy too expensive for me for a phone thats more than a year old.
If it was unlocked and a straight price I would pay that. I'm still using my S8+ I bought in October 2017 for a bit over $700. These newer ones just aren't dropping in price. This S8 is seriously the best made phone I could imagine; the screen seems indestructible, it's been in the ocean with a charger being stuffed into a sandy USB port afterwards, and AccuBattery is showing it's health at 93% after four years. My reason for wanting a new one is the lack of updates and ram.

The deal breaker for me on this phone was:

120hz display only works at 1080p. If you want to run it at 1440p (native) then it only works at 60hz.

No thanks. I'll keep my Note 9 for another year.
Battery is horrible too. I can only imagine 120hz at 1440p

Try to clean accuBattery cache and let it recalculate again..

The s8 screen is better. Screens got worse once they started having fingerprint under glass. All my phones have scratched except the 5g as I posted earlier

It just doesnt get 5g, (that probably should not be a dealbreaker yet) not dual sim (the Note 20 is with TMobile firmware and s20/s21 will have it soon)

The s8 phone is also a good looking phone, to me they all tend to look the same now , and the sleekness is hidden because you need a case

Careful buying from Wal-Mart. They had this exact deal back in August and I purchased the AT&T version of the phone. They sent me a stolen phone. AT&T naturally refused to activate it and I had to return it.

And it was sold/shipped by Wal-Mart, not from some third party.

Careful buying from Walmart.

They ran this exact deal back in August and I pulled the trigger. They ended up sending me a stolen phone which AT&T naturally refused to activate. Had to return it and by then the deal was over and Walmart wouldn't honor it on a replacement phone because it was carrier-financed. The best part is the whole transaction caused a fraud investigation on my AT&T account.

I ended up buying an S20+ directly from Samsung when they had it on sale instead, but even if I was still looking for a phone I wouldn't buy from Walmart again. Horrible experience.
