Still have half a box of these from a similar deal many months ago. They taste good enough, net carb count is good, but if you are watching calorie as well these tip the scales at 250 each. (Peanut butter are 220)
I love stevia. It is hard to find good sugar free options that are natural and not potentially carcenogenic.
Recommend the peanut butter and peanut butter chocolate chip.

This deal is for people that want to feel like they are cheating by eating a cookie, yet are still eating somewhat healthy

Oreos contain high oleic canola oil and palm oil. This Quest protein cookie also contains palm oil. Scientific evidence suggests that high oleic canola oil may reduce the risk of heart disease.
Any type of canola oil is already going to be oxidized. By nature of how it is made.

I would never choose canola over palm.

Additionally, the ingredients in oreos include wheat and soy. Double whammy. And that's just the basic variety.

wheat and soy aren't bad for you in moderation.

What?

They absolutely are.

Wheat protein modulates zonulin and makes the gut barrier permeable. Soy is full of lectins that also disrupt the gut barrier.

Not to mention the other detrimental effects from soy consumption. Saponins. Phytoestrogen consumption. Phytates.
