Received a shipping notice today so will see if the 3080 is LHR or not in a few days. Either way I'm on a once every 10 year desktop purchase schedule so will likely end up keeping it.
think everyone has a good case to return with no fee's since the LHR part of the 3080 wasn't notated on the selection process.

Messed around with ETH mining for a few mins even though hat's not why I got this and am showing 60Mh/s hashrate as opposed to what non-LHRs getting ~100.
I'm most likely keeping it however those who upgraded the CPU or HD in October likely were the ones getting the non-LHR 3080s and the delay affected those of us who kept the config stock.
