Be prepared to leave these outside for at least a couple of days when they arrive. They reek of burnt tires+noxious chemicals out of the box and gave me a headache almost immediately.

45lb bells for ~$55ea is a good deal. Reviews of scams and non-deliveries, but hard to beat the price. I'm in for 2.

I have the 45s. Took a long time to get the smell out since I wanted to use them indoors, but they seem solid enough and they don't scratch my floors

Try washing them with dish soap and water to get rid of all the factory grease. Then leave them outside for day and in the garage for a few weeks. I am sensitive to chemical smells and found this does help get rid of all a lot of the stink in these type of dumbbells.

Rogue fitness had a sale on dumbbells at about $1/lb. Not sure if it's still on or if it will happen again, but worth pointing out to those that keep an eye on these.

Pretty decent deal a quick look around and it's a couple dollars cheaper than academy or other stores and it gets brought right to your front door thanks op picked up a set. I have a set of 20s, but I need better form when curling and such so this should do the trick, remember it's all about time under tension and progressive over load for hypertrophy
