I cannot comment on this specific item, but I bought their reverse osmosis water system from Walmart. Its been posted a number of times here as well, if you search using the keyword Ukoke.
The gist of it is that micro bubbles are smaller than the pores on your skin.
Thus eliminating dirt etc more thoroughly.
Micro bubble showerhead from Mizsei I bought were $220. I know, it's alot.
But it worked wonders for someone I know with eczema/atopy.
It pretty much gets rid of dead skin and dirt reducing flareups.
But other than that it gives you much better feeling shower.
There are more affordable Korean micro bubble shower heads around 120~150.
And like everything else stay away from Chinese knockoffs.
Important thing to look for is
How small the micro bubbles are and how many micro bubbles per minute the shower head produces. GL!
Oh and don't get anything that requires a filter. The one I got from Mizsei (Japanese) didn't need one.
