But Walmart's Black Friday Deals for the second part are available I believe at 7:00 PM tonight (11-22-21). I am in eastern timezone.

If the price did drop then I'll probably have to return my other one that I bought for $228
Not sure what's going on with walmart until 7PM tonight. $28 on a 228 dollar tv is enough for me to make sure I don't miss out (lose $28) on the same tv for a price drop.

It actually just shows up as $199. When I saw it on my smartphone it said sold and shipped by some long generated chinese names.
Only thing is that the SAME EXACT webpage in my history brought me to what we're seeing as $199 TCL 5521. It's a little confusing.

Hey,I just picked it up for 228 at my local Walmart. Just asked an associate, and he had in stock. I asked if he had more, and he said there are returns. City: Austin.
I bought this TV in November and am satisfied. Picture quality and Roku userface are well worth the $227 price tag.
My complaint is that I have this TV set up in the same room as one of my routers but it still doesn't pick up a good wifi signal. It is less than 10 feet away but it would drop the wifi or have very slow bandwidth so it loads and streams at low resolution.
My Samsung tv is also in the same room and has no trouble streaming at normal speeds.
I have reached out to TCL support and they provided me with a bunch of standard troubleshooting tips but no noticeable improvement.
