You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

yes it worth it. It's like $130-$187 to upgrade depending on your state tax criteria,

no you wont lose your T-Mobile credits everything stays the same , you will still have to pay off the 12 pro max however you been paying it monthly..

you can trade it in with the EIP Best Buy doesn't care about that..

This is what the BB reps should be doing if you let them activate it. I don't see how they can "create a new line", but I digress.
why do I need a new sim? Can't I just put my existing 5G sim into the new iphone.

You can, but it's included with the deal. I had a SIM from 2017 that worked perfectly fine on 5G, but activated the new R15 at home though the site.
