You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

How are some getting the "ship to store" option? I only see stores if they have in stock and right now it says nothing within 250 miles

I believe you able to do "ship to store" but you can't include the trade in with that option. I tried it myself and there's no option for me to include the trade in. So you have to find a store with stocks to do the trade in.

So let me get this straight:
Trade in
Ip12 for Ip 13, pay ~$90+Tax,
or Ip12Pro for IP13Pro pay ~$99+tax
or Ip12ProMx for IP13ProMax pay ~$125+tax

No monthly credit, just straight up and instant credits and can be done on existing lines as upgrade.

Went to the store the upgrade today rep was able to add the discount but couldn't check me out. Tried multiple registers and same. Then she told me that T-Mobile had restricted Bestbuy from upgrading. Anyone ran across this issue ?

Yep, it's simple as that...! I had done 2 trade-ins. 12P to 13PM and 12PM to 13PM. Both are still under EIP.

I used the same number for 2 transactions. I also tried it out with other numbers on my account and it worked just fine. Of course, you have to do 1 transaction at the time. Why ask here, just do it online to see. If the online system let you go to the checkout screen, then you know it's working. If not, there's your answer. Also, sometime it works for me, not for you and vice versa. Some people here have the same type of account and having trouble order and others aren't.

I pulled the trigger and are getting 13 pro graphite, just got email from the BB store for pickup, I will be trading in iPhone X
1 do I need to remove sim card from trade before going to store or It will be done in store?
2 should I disable apple password before going to store?
3 and lastly should i do a factory reset before going to the store
or maybe I'm missing something and all these step will be done in store by sales rep?

Here was what I did for my 2 trade-ins that I was in and out within 15 mins when the rep found the phone.

1. I backed up to icloud and my PC. I don't have much pictures because I transferred them to local hard drives.
2. I also removed sim card, just the bare phone.
3. Removed all the password such as login passcode, etc.. and signed out the Apple ID.
4. Let the reps do their thing and once they handed me the new phone. I just pressed Reset on the iphone and gave it to them and walked out.

anyone know if this scenario is possible? (13 pro)

currently on tmobile prepaid. can i buy this with a cheap 1 month postpaid account but use it immediately on my prepaid account? And let the postpaid account end once the month is up or cancel it.

the reason for this is i'll be trading in an old/extra iphone to bring the price down but want to stay on my tmobile prepaid.
