You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Was told at BB that they could not process the transaction for business accounts. I get the try again after the successful handshake with T-mobile during the Bb checkout process. Anyone else run into this?

I think you have time to return your new 13 Pro. You will not get your old X back, but will get $190 credit. Then you go and buy a used X somewhere. Trade in the X at Best Buy for a new 13 Pro. You will get much more than $190 for the X under the new promotion. Hope this works for you.

Unfortunately you need a consumer account….

I'm trying to find out if you can open a new line and cancel it after a few days, since there's no bill credits. No one has answered yet.

Upgraded an iPhone 12 to iPhone 13 for $75, plus tax (on the $75) in NYC. The process could have been shorter. Could not find the exact model/color that I wanted in nearby stores on the BB website. Had to chat with a BB representative, who guided me to a store somewhat further away, but still in Manhattan. Because of computer glitches, it took me over an hour in the store. Had to come home and call Apple to complete the process - apps would not download. Most excellent deal!! Thanks OP.

Not entirely sure where I found this option in the afternoon today but was able to see options for Samsung to trade in. Had a Samsung s20 FE laying around free from T Mobile promo last year so was able to put it for $400 credit toward the iPhone 13. Went to store with trade in, was out in 15 mins for net $425 incl tax.

Last night they had none for me. This morning a few. Then it ran out but a few hours later more came back in stock. I say keep checking.

Thanks OP. Luckily saw this deal yesterday morning and jumped at 3AM. Today got at BB opening hours - everything went smooth. Upgraded from 12mini to 13 - boy this bigger screen is a must.
