You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Pretty smooth transaction for me in TX. Traded in my iphone 8 and paid the difference for 13 pro 256 GB sierra blue. Only caveat was I had to drive to a store about 25 miles away. Once I met with the mobile phone rep I traded in my 8 (he checked for damages and made sure it worked) and I logged out of icloud and cleared my iphone 8 before trading it in.

If you are not receiving T-Mobile verification code - Text 'HELP' to numbers - 332211 and 22891 (do both). This is for Opting In for text message from BestBuy.

I have been trying to add a new line since yesterday and did not receive text message for verification. Sent message to above numbers and immediately received verification text on the next try.

Got this info from Reddit.

From the BB website, after clicking on add to cart, there is the option of upgrade instead of add a line.

If I am looking at getting T-Mobile but don't like their coverage, is the cancellation of signing up for T-Mobile pretty steep? Is it not worth it to trade in my unlocked iPhone 11 Pro Max to try T-Mobile for a month and then cancel? I've never had T-Mobile around here except when it was a part of Project Fi many many years ago when Pixel 2 was out. Should I just skip this and look for a better deal with Verizon/Visible?

If you can't add a package to cart does it mean it's out of stock ?

The add to cart button works but once I pass the verification, the add package error pops up
