You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Does this BB promotion says anywhere that it has to be in contract wid Tmobile for 2 yrs. Because other then BB , everywhere else offer is tradein value(paid upfront) + 200$ promotion value(will be paid in bill cycle for 24 months).

Keep checking back a few times a day it may turn to be orderable with a later delivery date or one available nearby. Non pro max models are much easier to find
