You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

This is an upfront deal. You will pay full price of the device minus the trade in value. So you can switch back to any carrier soon your device is unlocked. Based on unlock policy you have to be in 40 days of service. But folks had some success in getting it unlocked soon by reaching tmobile help in social media.

The status just shows the approximate pick up date. But did it said its ready for pick up now? Definitely NO. Mine is Nov 26 and its showing Ready for pickup on Nov 26.

Yes you can state that when yiu trade in. I traded one device with the similar condition u said you have. It was not a crack but a keyed line/scratch. One rep tried making a scene (maybe he was new) then a manager or someone came and said as far as it switches on and no cracks no worries. Fight for your right.. lol say them that there is no such option to select.

It diesnt work that way. What you can do is ask them yo cancel the order and then ask them to process the same phone with transaction at store. Also beware that tax on the discounted price is applied only in certain locations/states. Like i am in CA and i got charged on the balance due. So look at these factors.

The issue got fixed online maybe. But i did it on store ans i paid taxes on the remaining balance. At the same time when i checked online it was charging tax on whole amount. But again when i selected taxes then it was on remaining balance. So for CA folks i would say store orders are charging tax on remaining balance. Also, note that oj the initial screen when the order is added to cart the tax will show up as full and then just when you are asked to swipe credit card you will see tge adjustment.

Nope. You will end up messing your ongoing credits. I wouldnt recommend doing that. I would suggest you to use any other line in your account which doesnt have any eip credits running. Then you can use the phone in your line.

You can do that.. tip: try to cancel it soon you reach home or the next day so you dont get charged for the month's billing cycle. You can use the device in any of your line afterwards.
