You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I just tried to order 6 phones for my fam. Had to do them individually. But after three phones, it said limit reached. I tried a different browser and a different credit card but since they're all linked to my account it's not letting me do it. Any suggestions?

not experienced this myself but try after a day or two and see if it works for you

i managed to get 2 of these with the full tradein value.

keep refreshing the bb site to check to store in local stores. took me a while and had a few orders cancelled (when they run out of stock) but just keep trying. dont buy it when it says ready in multiple weeks. i only bought when it said "your store has X in stock now"

Usually for most Best Buy items you will see an option of extend pick up on the order details summary. If you are seeing that grayed out or not seeing altogether then maybe cellular devices are not eligible to extension. If I were you I would check by calling the local store and requesting them to extend the pickup timeframe.

Go to the store tomorrow and try ordering from store, also try online once again in the morning.

Another Tforce rep was able to figure it out. The first rep was only asked for IMEI # without verified which number that the iphone is being used on and submitted the unlock requested. The 2nd rep told me because I used another # to order and activated on a different number. So she refreshed their unlocked system and the phone changed from "sim locked" to "no sim restriction" within an hour after she said that. It works perfectly after I tested it out with a non Tmobile sim card. I think my first one got unlocked without any problem because when I contacted Tforce, they asked me to verify the account and saw the IMEI that being used on a particular line. The 2nd requested didn't ask me to verify anything.

Finally did it!
Migrated sprint to T-Mobile.
Went to Costco, did their BYOD for $300. This will keep extending till end of year ish.
Went to Best Buy, transfer process took some time. You need to have T-Mobile essentials minimum for this deal, we had to switch from Essentials 55+ on the spot but our Best Buy associate was great and handled calling for us. But then he got it working.
The first Best Buy we went to said we'd pay tax based off the original price. This second Best Buy calculated tax off the discounted price.

iPhone 13 mini 256gb original price is $799. Traded in an iPhone X 256gb worth $390.

Costco BYOD Device Sim = +$7.50
Costco Tax = +$0.58
Costco BYOD Shop Card = -$300
Best Buy iPhone 13 mini 256gb = +$409.99
Best Buy tax = +$36.92
Best Buy 5G Sim = +$9.99
Best Buy tax = +$0.88

Net loss = $165.86. Pretty happy with that.
