You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

1. Just go thru the entire order process. BB will let you know how much you have to pay in tax.

2. If you activate the phone with ATT sim, the phone will be locked to ATT and you have to contact ATT to get it unlocked. Now that phone is belong to ATT since you activate with ATT.

I have iPhone SE from cricket wireless. It is not yet unlocked since it is around 4 months. It is allowed to trade in this for iPhone 13, by selecting AT&T as the carrier.

They don't care. This has been validated countless times earlier in this thread. Don't know how they do it but my guess is that they have a contract with tmo where they get them unlocked.

I has this happen to me. I went to the store and got it the same day. They were trying to activate it for the pickup but they can't because they need your tmobile info (I guess the reps aren't knowledgeable) so they cancelled it. They're supposed to ask the customer to come in and activate it with the customer!

I can't answer your Q1 because I'm not a Sprint customer.

For Q2. People were using their non-tmo sim after purchase because this deal is basically you're paying the phone outright. No finance, no monthly bill credits. So you can use whichever carrier that you like since phone from BB is Flex Policy. For this deal to work, all they need is a tmobile # and las 4 SSN and the tradein phone.

I'm with Sprint, so I have to my brother's Tmobile account, once his account is verified, I just ordered the phone under my name, and then when I picked up the phone at BB, I traded in my Sprint phone. Hope that help.

So if you have a Sprint account, you will have to find a friend/family with an actual Tmobile account to make this deal work.

Trying to order an iPhone 13 pro from BB site. The pick up date in store is Dec 10 but Shipping option is 2 days. Is it possible to place a ship to home order and trade in the old device in store after new phone arrives?

NO….

It wont work since the imei will be assigned to that order and you can't return and rebuy the same device. I have already tried twice and clearly its a fail.

Tmobile upgrade ; getting this error message for last 5 weeks. Anyone know how to fix this issue? I did upgrade few lines and all in sudden, I started to get this message and all I hear from bb is that KNOWN ISSUE and they have no idea. "We're sorry, there was an issue processing your request. I wanted to trade in my 11 pro max in return for a 13 pro max. I am currently with TMobile now and I'll be leaving for good to India by end of Dec. Will this offer be useful for me as I need to have an unlocked phone to use in India?

Yes Santhosh, you can unlock it through T-Mobile facebook page when you pay full amount during purchase of this device in bestbuy.
