You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Once the iPhone is available for pickup, anyone knows how long they hold it for you? I had ordered the iPhone 12 mini from Walmart but that would only arrive on Dec 1st. So I need to wait till Dec 1st to do the trade-in. I wanted to see if I can go ahead and place the order with Bestbuy today considering the trade-in device which is yet to come. Appreciate any insights.

It may depend on your store, but the order confirmation will tell you how long they hold it (look for a section that says "There's a deadline"). At the stores in my area, it's 6 days.

I ordered a starlight iPhone 13 about a month ago through BestBuy by opting to pay the difference off. It was scheduled to arrive at the store on the 19th. Still on back order. The email said it will be canceled if not available by Dec3rd. I am trading an iPhone 11 for a $540 credit towards the cost. I don't know whether to let it play out, with the possibility of the order being cancelled, or to go to a BB store and purchase a different color while I can. It appears that now you have to do a 30 month bill payment instead of buying outright, which I don't want to do … in case I ever want to change e providers. Any suggestions?

i am trying to buy iphone 13 and selecting trade in (iphone 11) and in next screen i am adding new line. When i select essential plan and click on Continue, i am getting error.

Given your phone condition and already on Cricket, cannot recommend AT&T trade in deals. Check Verizon if you get a decent plan for a 4-line plan with trade-in. You will spend a lot more than Cricket, especially if you are on their 4 for $100. Cracked phones aren't accepted for trade-ins in general, except for Verizon being lenient in some cases.
