You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I picked up a 13 Pro last Sunday but did not have my 12 Pro Max with me for trade in. Do you know if BBY can fix the transaction/credit or should I just sell the phone separately? T-Mobile is only offer int 475 where has BBY is offering 975.

How much did you pay at BestBuy when you picked up the 13 Pro? This is instant credit and really surprised and curious why anyone would go pickup a phone that was bought with a trade in, without the phone to trade in. You are asking a question that you are better off checking at the store where you bought it.
