You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Really amaze me when people asking question that could be easily answer by trying to place an order since they have all the tools available. For whatever reason if their "Tmo plan" isn't working when order, then perhaps post here so people can answer instead just simply asking "if their plan" is eligible or not.

Of course, for instore, they send me a txt and needed ssn, it was done in 10-15 min. The wait time for me to get a rep was actually longer, but I kept it cool, just want to get it done

15 or 20 years ago, getting new phone was pretty easy. Just renew contract for another 2 years and walked away with new phone for 0$. But then people were b--tching about the contract.. so no more free phone. However, carriers came up with bill credits which was the same thing but cost more now.
