You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Just go check yourself on the site. Its still the same trade in values. I am not sure what world are you in. And more over this deal was not a black friday deal. This started a month back and still going on with no end date as of today.

T-Mobile existing customer, Went to BestBuy, got new 13Pro /exchanged SE2 for $360. They took care of everything including data copying. Paid around $50 for taxes and rest in installments.

Are you even go to the ordering page and check the price? Or you just click "see deal" on this thread and saw the mini show as starting at $800.16 then stop and complaint here. That is for the 256Gb. The mini shows 799 is for 256GB. Go to the order page where you pick the storage, color and all that, you will see the true cost. Please check before blaming BB rep!

Guys need your advise/thought. Today we traded in 11Pro Max to 13 Pro at BestBuy. Paid taxes $58. Trade in value ($690), and remaining $310 spread for 30 months. New Phone is showing up in my TMobile account (Simple Choice) and even working with old phone SIM. New phone EIP is also in my Tmobile account. Funny thing (or mistake) is BestBuy did not take my old phone. We are home. What do you think going to happen???

Oh oh… not even sure they can prove u did not provide them the phone… assuming they processed everything correctly they simply forgot to take it from you.
