You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Straight Talk iPhone 12 minis are getting accepted for trade-in by BB? I thought they were specifically taking Verizon/Sprint/Unlocked variants. Anyone have a toast details then please share. Sorry, I had intention to trade-in my iPhone 11 256GB for iP13ProMax but they have reduced the trade-in value to $500 when I checked it yesterday. It used to be $560. Thinking to just get the iPhone 12 mini if I can and trade that in instead.
Any leads would be helpful ... Thnx

I already ordered last night with trade in value of $600 . I havent pciekd up the order from store yet. Will they be able to do adjust trade in value to $630 in store when i Pickup?
I dont wana cancel the order since it locks the line to be used again for next order.

I tried to chat with Best Buy and they were making me go in circles and no help.

I cannot answer this question as I'm a T-Mobile customer and did all my orders online which only work when a store has iPhones in stock or at least on backorder as you have to perform the pick-up and trade-in in store.

I would frequently check the different color options on their site or in the app to see if some of your nearby stores have it back in stock. Then you can order it online but still have to verify your T-Mobile line and account.

I cannot give you advice on taking this deal as a new T-Mobile customer. Others have done that (open cheap T-Mobile account to be eligible, trade-in device but use ATT prepaid SIM for first activation for quick device unlock and then cancel T-Mobile line and account again) and know more.

I doubt as BB only handles the trade-in and pick-up. The transaction was already performed online. But let us know if you can make a deal with them.

If you can order a new one on a different line or different account, I would use those for trade-in but leave the previous orders active just in case (they will auto-cancel after 6-7 days).

How did you do it? Does the order status reflect the extended pick-up? I tried the same yesterday by calling in and the BB rep said she extended the pick-up I can pick it up until Dec 2. The system didn't show that and of course the order still auto cancelled yesterday at 9pm.

FYI One of my orders auto-cancelled yesterday because of Walmart FedEx order delays. I couldn't make a new order on that line this morning and had to use a different line because it was still showing the "multiple orders error". So be careful with cancelling orders if you want to submit a new order under that same line.

Rep. Checked paper and said promo until dec 5

It seems like that date keeps changing, but that's what I can report as Of now
