You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Picked up a 13 this morning after turning in a 12 mini. This is my 2nd, so I knew what to expect. Almost 7 hours since I picked up my phone, my order status still shows 'Ready for pick up' and no email confirming that I picked it up. Should I just go in again and make sure they did the transaction right? (it was a kid that helped me, would hate for him to get into any trouble). The confirmation for my 1st pickup was instant btw.

I don't currently have T-mobile account/line. I choose new number when I check out. But I keep getting error messages after I entered my info to set up a T-mobile account. Please help. I cannot find relevant info here. Seems I must have an account with T-mobile for this deal. But how to do that? Do I need to purchase a plan first? Thanks a lot!

From other posts in the thread the easiest way to setup an account is to buy the $20 unlimited plan.
