I see some people are charged higher taxes if they order online, so I will do my two trade-ins in store at the same time.
Looks like it could be related to the business account,, but people have said it didn't matter if the account has a social security # attached to it. Anyone have any ideas?

One more question: does the trade in create any sort of contract? I just have no idea how they would perform abusing the program by paying trading in for a 13, cancelling and reselling the new phone...seems too good to be true.

Cel phone sales is a global market matter, new and used. We are fortunate to have this kind of deals in the US.
Used cel phones still command premium prices in other parts of the world.
There is no contract involved.
