You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I had one laying around from previous go phone deals.

I believe someone posted a link from Microsoft where you could get one.

Or try going to an ATT store and ask for one. I'm not sure how much they charge

These devices comes with US Reseller Flex Policy - which means u can activate any US carrier on this iphone, thats the reason why foriegn carriers will not affect this policy and even will not be activated.

Yea 1 13 mini and 2 13's. The 2 13's I requested at like 2 pm eastern. Once I click the link, 45 seconds after I received another email saying it was approved.
