You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Spent over an hour going through this forum especially recent posts, and it looks like for the past few days, no one in California has been able to get the iphone 13 pro with paying sales tax on the different, it looks like we are being charged on the full amount.

We have both an Iphone11 Pro and Iphone 12 Pro that could be traded in, ideally wanted to trade the 12pro, but paying $80+ in sales tax (as opposed to $15), makes this lesser of a deal. The upgrade is more of a want than a need, mostly for the better camera

I saw an older post in this thread about using Paypal or Chase Reserve to get cb. So it will be an online purchase while paying full sales tax, but to offset it a little bit by the cb. No mention of it anymore recently. Anyone in California at least used that method?

I also saw rumors about this ending Dec 5 or 6, so wanted to make a final decision if it is still a go or pass.

12 pro trade in to pay only $99 to get 13 pro was an easy decision. They gave me full $900 off 13 pro but my wife's phone was pristine condition.

By the way the trade in from Best Buy was $700 and the deal is that TMobile is doing an extra $200 on top of this which is what makes it $900.. this is why I think everyone who can, should, as these phones will not have this much trade in value once this deal is over

11 pro is still decent trade in to get you off 4g only phone.. you must know come 2022 the trade in value in that thing will not be as good as this

I would go for it just for those reasons, bite the bullet and if anything you will now have 2 5g phones with great trade in values for next time with no bill credits Bs on your account

I paid 66 bucks in tax for a 13 pro max upgrade in Ventura County. Worth it imo

I'm using a friends account who just signed up to T-Mobile and activated a SIM card last night around 8. I get the error of We're sorry, there was an issue processing your request. Please try again later. Does it take awhile for it to show up I'm the Best Buy system? Will it be same in store? Anyone else sign up right away and buy same day? Also he has a essentials plan which I hope works.

I placed a trade in online on 10/23 and today I just received an email saying my order will be canceled. They don't have any iPhone 13 available so they have to cancel my order. Did anyone get their order canceled? What should I do now?

I moved my line to a new TMobile account and then went through the BB flow about 30 mins later. I saw the same error once but upon trying again I was able to place the order.
