You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I didn't care…$800 is a crazy good Price and the 13 pro at that time was $900. I ended up paying $117with tax

Online ordering never worked for me. My 1st update today was done in store and went smooth. I will try 2nd one in a few days IN STORE as well.

Not unlocked yet, but you need to get an ATT sim card to do the ATT trick. If you need a sim card like I did because my ATT store wouldn't give me one, you can order one for $2.00 if you choose to do so. Ordered the sim card on Wednesday and received today. I unlocked my iPhone tonight and it was super easy thanks to Chaoss.

I'm long time T-mobile user. I only did upgrade wo adding a line. I want to use the same number for upgrading because my other T-mobile numbers all have ongoing installment plan and I don't want to mess up with it.

I chose the T-Mobile essential plan and was assigned a number. Not sure I want to be stuck with T-Mobile - prefer fully unlocked if possible

Was it fully unlocked ? I thought you had to be with ATT for 60 days before it can be unlocked ?

If you got a T-mo phone from BB and the sim card has not been inserted, it means that the first sim card you put in it will lock it to the phone. These are flex phones. The ATT trick is that you insert the ATT sim card into it and then go to the ATT portal to request an unlock. Trust me and all the others, it's works and its quick. Under 2 minutes and you have an unlocked phone.

Wait 60 days I think if you get 30 days of service then you don't have to pay for next month and it will automatically unlock on day 60. This was for prepaid.

The only thing I did was apply for a T-Mobile account in store weeks ago to get the additional trade-in bonus and was assigned a T-Mobile number & account. Upon picking up the phone from BB today, the salesperson tried activating the phone online but I don't think it went through since she did not open the box and didn't physically insert the SIM.
