You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

I told her yep the deal is too good to pass up and she agreed. Finally I had to fill out the trade in sheet which asks where your trade in was purchased, approximately when and where.

It was a good run while it lasted, my Amex bill is going to be interesting with all these Walmart and BB purchases.

are you sure that by upgrading a line that is currently getting monthly credits will stop future credits? i upgraded iphone 11 to 12 back in may during the mothers day deal, and am getting monthly credits on the line. want to upgrade a 12mini that i got from walmart to 13pro, but dont want to mess up my credits on the existing line

My pick up experience: Traded in 12 mini from walmart to 13 mini, tmobile in LA. Store rep reset the phone once, asked for finger print, gave new sim but no sim fee or other fees. He did mentioned sim is activated although he didn't remove the sim or inserted in the mobile, he did some scanning though. I didn't want to get activated as I need it get to unlocked. Later at home inserted my 5 year old ATT go prepaid sim(never used or activated) and requested ATT method unlock. After few mins email came that unlock request is approved. I'm yet to verify thr unlock using non tmobile sim though. On side note , as i visited 2 bb store, both said the offer is good until dec 5th not sure if that's true or be extended.
