You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Can I call bestbuy to cancel the online order for Pro Max which is available for pick up on 12/17? I see one available close to me today and want to pick it up in store today but would like to use the gift card I have used for the first order. I understand we cannot cancel the order ourselves. So I only have one line.

Risky. Most suggest to let it cancel out on its own. I would skip the gift card process and just pay for it. Deal is too good to miss out on.

If you have another line available, upgrade that line.

Try to order the new one you see in stock to get them today first . Once confirmed , go & cancel your first order. I did the exact steps in the same situation.

I'm not a tmobile customer and don't want to switch. What is the cheapest way to get a plan tmobile plan so I can then unlock after 40 days or hopefully sooner? Can I get a $15 prepaid plan or their $20 talk and text, no internet postpay? Thanks.

Traded iphone mine successfully yesterday and I didn't put the tmoobile sim. I signed for new account, will this account get cancelled because I have not put or do I need to call tmobile?

You guys need to read the thread it's all in there. Prepaid doesn't work, $20 does.

I canceled an order placed on my mother's account and T-Mobile still charged her for a "third" line that was never activated. That was how I learned that "upgrade" was safer than "new line" while ordering. I was just practicing since I was about to be eligible for 55 and older TMo plans. I wanted to dump a SIM restricted 12 mini for a 13 mini before doing more serious upgrades down the line. The whole family got upgraded at approx 50% off list price for iPhone 13 family so I'm very happy.
