You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Last time when the 12 mini dropped from $430 to $400 it did not reflect directly in the bby trade in website. This time though it did and it now shows $400. Other models dropped too, for example 12 pro max now shows $725 (+$200 T-Mobile promo).

T-Mobile does not have "contracts." What is locking folks in lately are "bill credits" for phone purchases that go on for 24 or more months. This deal is popular because you can dump phones that still have bill credits - pay the balance in full - and be free of any lock-in in the immediate or near future.

I ordered iPhone 13 pro yesterday at Best Buy mobile store and for some reason the 10% off coupon from Best Buy credit card didn't work with the order yesterday. Today when I try to replicate the same deal online, the 10% coupon shows eligible. Yesterday's order isn't picked up yet as we could back up the data in time yesterday.
Question: Can I cancel yesterday's order and re-order using my online account? Will there be any issues like additional credit check from t mobile, cancellation charges from t mobile, restocking fee?
Or Can I ask BB to honor if above option don't work ?

Based on others suggestions, just put in another order first if you can and then cancel the first one. Some people reported that they could not make another order if they canceled the first one themselves.

The trade in value has dropped by $30, so if you cancel and reorder, that's $30 more today. You should probably call BB to see if they can honor the coupon on your current order.

I actually use tMo and I'm not ever going anywhere because I have 9 lines on magenta for $66/mo total. So I have just been using existing lines to upgrade.
