I would go with t mobile if you are customer.I should just request unlock for my friend with my t mobile account, now I feel like I would have to go and exchange 2 phones with Best Buy.Wondering why system is glitching and Att is no help. They just telling me I have to ask BB for help…
It always safe with TM is you have an account with them. But then the time it takes to unlock between 1 - 40 days.

It's locked to Att because my friend use Cricket. It's obviously why it's locked to Att.Activation I did with old Att SIM card connected to Wi-Fi so there is no way it was activated with t mobile. Also phone doesn't support other then Att or cricket sim or related to Att network.
That may be the case but your post sounded like it showed you under settings what your phone is locked to, and it doesnt

This is not the same scenario. This person admitted s/he did not confirm their email address or AT&T did not register their confirmation, so their unlock request was never processed, as stated in both the unlock webpage and the email confirmation.

Unless something changed, AT&T verifies unlock requests by email account, not by IMEI number. I seen unlock requests denied by overusing an email account; the fix was to use a different email account. Requests were processed immediately with the new email, no wait needed.

If you choose to try again, please follow the instructions. Say you are not a customer. Use a different person name and email (phone number should be left blank). Email should be gmail not hotmail (someone reported hotmail get rejected). Confirm the email this time.
Im gonna try use different email but there is 2 different situations.First phone I got for my friend where activated with my old Att SIM card and requested unlock by me as non customer. So that one request still in progress but in same time I got email saying that I haven't confirmed email and request is canceled but I did confirm it because status still say it's in process. So when I try to submit request again it was you're IMEI being used for request that already processing and I can't submit another request.Second phone I have activated with same old Att SIM card but then my friend took that phone home and submit a request for unlock similar way I did as non customer but he haven't confirmed his request by email and now system is showing Pending for about 4 days already which is weird because he suppose to get cancel request at least and same error being said when he try to submit request for second phone.

I haven't said it shows sorry but it's obviously if both phones working with cricket SIM cards are locked to Att because cricket is using Att network.

I've had luck unlocking both 13 PM phones direct messaging T-Force via Twitter. They asked me for the Best Buy receipts. Once they submitted the unlock request it took 2 minutes for the phones to reflect the unlock status. Best part about it is no need to wait on hold and painless.

I'm wondering if there any difference between TForce on FB vs Twitter. I had submitted 3 phones via FB and they never asked for my BB receipts. They saw the phones were active on my TM account. All 3 phones took about 4-5 days to unlock.

You re not correct.I have tried using a different email and name and it still says we are processing you're request for that IMEI.It was confirmed by borembeu that one of the phones are locked to Att so I assume they have changed something or I'm just one who is not lucky.
Weird that they send me email which I assume is automatic that request is canceled but it still in progress while checking status.Ughh that's so frustrating, wanted to help friend to safe some $$ but end up messing it up.
