You're referencing the T-Mobile deal? There is indeed a standard process by which the line level credits are migrated to account level credits so that you can continue to receive them on a monthly basis.

Good luck!

But all 17 phones that you got from BB were paid off I assume?
Correct, most devices I got from Best Buy were paid off except Two. The only time I don't pay of early is when I'm receiving monthly credit.

This BB deal is only good for none mobile customers, people who want to pay full price, I'm leaning toward Tmobile deals, I would rather get almost free Iphone from Tmobible, unlock it and sell it and stay with tmboile because I would've stayed with mobile anyway.

How long do you wait for the link from att to unlock after you submitted email from the portal? Is it immediately or takes a few hours?

For those who did this deal to trade-in a straight talk iPhone 12 Mini from Walmart, heads up: Got a call recently from the Best Buy I purchased it and the manager stated that they're completing an audit of these trade-ins and that there were some unclear issues between Best Buy and T-Mobile with respect to the promo, because of which Best Buy automatically refunded me (this is true- I got a credit today for the full amount). And that unless I come in soon to the Best Buy and provide them a credit card to charge me the same promo amount again, Tmobile will charge me the full price of the phone traded in for. He emphasized however that this is unusual and they'll take care of it without any additional charges as long as I cooperate. Make of this what y'all will.

You could activate the phone in Two ways, The first one is just put your sim card and it will take probably a week until T-mobile system recognizes the device and then determinate wether it's eligible un unlock or not, you could also give them a call/chat and give them your imei, - add insurance if needed- and your account will show the new phone immediately.

The first option Tmobile reps were not able to unlock the device instantly because it's not listed/registered under your account so in this case they have to create an unlocking request which will take almost a week.
The 2nd option is much quicker and the rep was able to unlock my device as little as 30 seconds. I did unlock Three phones in this way but the rest of my phones I unlock them through tfroce which take couple days and I don't mind waiting couple days anyway.
Is this true? Every TM rep told me that my device has not been activated for 40 days and they refused to unlock it for me. In my TM account it says not eligible for unlock as well.

Thanks! Yes, I will try that. Just not sure if it has to be a new BB order, because i get only 600 for 12Mini right now, back then when I placed order it was $630.
Yes, the trade in value dropped a bit this week.

why people don't follow simple instructions on wiki
If you input ant att sim regardless postpaid or prepaid Att will unlock 100%I guarantee
Old att new att activated or new it does not matter

Follow instructions use you are not att customers use any Gmail account and legit phone number
Remer when you received confirm email request you may need to confirm upto 3 times because stupid att server crashed and it looks like you confirmed but att will show email imie request not confirmed

It happen to me few times in have unlock 32 iphone from bestbuy with out a single using att used and old sim as long as it att sim everything will work

Bottom line you iphone has no finance so the server will unlock as long as you confirm and re confirm again
It may worked for you and I followed a wiki. That's why I'm asking if anyone had same experience. The request that I submit for first phone I have confirmed so after few days I got email that it's canceled, like you saying I may get email but it's been a week and it's still saying PROCESSING.When I entering IMEI email and different mane it's says specifically You're request already processing for this IMEI so I can't submit another one. With second phone since my friend submit request him self and haven't confirmed the email after I did activation for him. When I tried to submit request again same way with different email and name it says you're request for this IMEI is PENDING and if I check a status it's says as well it's PENDING.I wish it did work so I don't have to deal with it.

Hope they do not this audit harassment to those of us who did this deal only for upgrade of legitimate T-Mobile devices for trade in?

Just used the ATT sim unlock and worked perfectly and within minutes. The initial email from ATT went to my Junk mail folder- FYI

When I try to place an order, it says "Pickup: Unavailable within 250 miles of Compton". Am I out of luck? Even though it shows "FREE Shipping: Get it by Fri, Dec 17" it doesn't give me that option. I understand they probably need trade in to happen in the store. But why can't they allow to place order that will be shipped to store?! :-(

For those of you who are getting "unavailable", it just shown up early morning in all store nearby and allowed me to order. For some reason order didn't go through for the closest location. But one about 10 miles away it worked fine although tax is a bit higher there.

Interestingly after a few minutes again it started showing "unavailable 250 miles" message! Fingers crossed, I hope I will get it by 12/18, the estimated pickup date, or would they cancel? :-(
