Just got 4 "MOTOROLA one 5G ace 128gb/6gb" free with activation & port in for $76.56 in total today "Online" for the 1st month then $105/month after for (essential) service w/autopay & 24/month bill credit. Switched from Cricket (4@$131/month). The OnePlus Nord N10 5G is a great deal but I picked the 5G ace because it's a little faster & the 2 day battery will be great for my teenagers, things I'll miss in the Nord n10 are the 90hz screen, 1080p@120hz recording.

Wonder how this Moto 5G Ace compares to OnePlus N200 5G. Nice that T-Mobile is adding newer models to the free promotion though!

Does anyone know if individual lines can be ported out without affecting the free phone monthly promo credits that have been moved from the line level to the account level after paying off the EIP early?

Is it this promo? Not really free. It's 24-month bill credit.

FREE smartphones for new lines.

So, a new line is required? It's free because even with bill credits your net cost is $0 + tax + fees + shipping. It just requires you to use the free phone on T-mobile's plans for 2 yrs.

I have owned the Motorola Ace for about a year. I probably would not buy again.

1. It is the slipperiest metal and glass ever, will not stay in a pocket without a case.

2. I did manage to crack the glass (without a case). when it slipped out of my pocket.

3. It occasionaly does weird stuff when answering calls, you have to swipe down to find the button.

Battery life is good and speed good enough for me.

Camera is really good, but the inerface is clumsy and akward to take a simple photo or video.

It's definitely not something you sign up for everyday but we needed 2 new phones & Cricket was charging more for similar service. This 1st month saved me over $50 just for service. I figure in 2 years when I add my son for a 5th line I'll shop similar offers. Having 4 lines made this "triple discount" for my family

I'm curious if you have the 2021 model & is it 6gb version. The size is a bit much, I'm hoping cases will help so my teens don't break them. $100 phones crack like china ware

I think that's the Moto One 5G. The Ace is the 2021 model.

This phone has been free all year at metro by T-Mobile....that's what I have and guess what it launched in 2021 with android 10 and they have given no timeline just excuses from moto about when a promised upgrade to android 11 happens....

As someone else noted it's slippery as hell and I too have cracked the corner dropping it because of that.

Nice that no trade is required. If you jump up to Magenta line, can get OnePlus 9 free on bill credits.
