Me too! They've always applied the coupon for me, even total goes below the minimum purchase amount. This has happened to me maybe half a dozen times. Great deals!

I hope they haven't changed this policy as my order is $75.29 before the coupon.

Sprouts seems to have the same prices as in-store. Same with Walmart. Albertsons and Vons on the other hand costs way more.

Very opposite experiences here. Instacart always honors coupons even if something is out of stock. I had some orders come out to be free (only tips to pay) when quite a few items were not available.
I think Uber Eats does the trick you mentioned and I now avoid using their services if possible.

I had to escalate an Uber Eats issue to corporate recently. Took a long time to get there. A restaurant forgot to send a $3 item, so I requested a refund since the restaurant can't provide that. I took pictures and everything needed. Uber Eats told me no because I had requested a refund in the past, also for a missing item. It was so bizarre to me. It was $3...

Also all they kept telling me before they finally escalated to corporate was that they were sorry and they will try to improve.

Their main support line is outsourced.
