I have one of these on my keychain right now. Works fine, and it seems durable enough because I haven't broken it after a year, and it's been in my pocket the whole time. My only gripe is that the swivel mechanism doesn't lock in place, so it just spins constantly if you stick it in your pocket and gets stuck on things. I have a rubber band wrapped around mine to keep it straightened.

Not trolling, serious question…. what do people use these for nowadays? Just folks who haven't figured out how to use (one/G/icloud) drive properly yet?

Memory cards for dash cams/raspi/etc etc I get, but thumb drives give me flashbacks to college.

For big files that you need to transfer somewhere right away. Some of us have slow upload speeds and it would take hours to upload to cloud storage.

The Amazon one is a G46 not an A46 as is the Best Buy model. Amazon reviews point toward knock off version. Guess its the Best Buy one or nothing.

If windows only right click it in Explorer and use BitLocker. It'll ask for a password Everytime you plug it into a PC.
