When did I say that you can't hear your surrounding? Open back headphones 100 percent leak audio it's literally part of their design unless you are playing sounds at extremely low levels. I'm not saying they will sound like boombox speakers to other people, but it can definitely annoy roommates or if you are wearing them outside.

Bought this headset a while ago. Great for deep voices that don't register well with other headsets, setting only available on pc.

Amazon reviews seem to have a decent amount indicating breakage, mainly at the joint from the cup supports to the headband it appears. Kinda worries me.

The V-MODA Boom Pro Mic added to the shp9500. I've been reading that it's a great alternative to a "gaming" headset. I recently got a Steel Series Arctis 3 and 5 and ended up returning both of them.

I've had these for over a year and have had no issues. I do take care of them and put them on a headset stand when not in use.

There are some people who want to know what kind of cheat service that he uses as well =D

Seriously, these are good and so is the software for it.

I went in yesterday and these were strongly recommended to me by the associate. I was deciding between these and the arctic series 9x for Xbox… I ended up going with the Arctic Series for internet reviews, but I just feel like they aren't worth it…

Does anyone have experience with both? Are these just as good? Better? Worse? I'd rather spend 93 and have wired than swallow 200 for, in my experiences, so-so headphones. Anyone vouch for these headphones in FPS games and hearing footsteps?? Thank you ☺️

Side note unrelated to the main post: Everyone rants about the Steelseries.. but they just weren't like.. what I was expecting? I felt like 200 would be just BALLER headphones. But I felt very underwhelmed with them, although they feel amazing and super comfortable and easy to use. Just the quality seemed very similar to my current, older, Turtle Beach from like 2016 haha.

Well the Phillips are open back headphones so anyone in the same room as you can hear what you are listening to vs the Logitech that are closed backs. But the Phillips sound great for both gaming and music and it's probably one of the most comfortable headset I've used right up there with the Bose QC 35. I can easily game in them for hours. The VModa is also a great mic for the price. I can't say anything about the Logitech headset as I don't own it but I can definitely recommend the Phillips headset.
