For everyone that buys this headset (second generation), I hope that Logitech fixed the issues with first generation. Mine had issue with the plastic at each end of the band, where the cup attaches. It wasn't reinforced with metal and was held by two small screws. Bad design flaw. considering it secured the weight of each cup plus the metal arms.
Luckily the warranty process proved fruitful. They replaced it after a lengthy call and providing picture proof of the damaged headset.
Unluckily, I had same issue with replacement. Bad luck or bad design flaw. Decided to not bother with warranty as I suspected it lapsed.
