First, I'm sorry you felt mislead, but the one connect box is shown in the pictures of the product page along with the one connect wire and explanation of what it is. Sorry you missed that.

But to correct something you stated. The white border is the matting look which can be added to any picture you want. You can even change the color of that matting/border. From what I've seen you can create your own pictures by putting multiple family photos on it and having a matting all around them. I don't have the TV yet, but about 30 minutes of research gave me all the info I needed to make an informed purchase. The only thing I don't know is in-person performance and I have to wait for that…

I bought the 75" Frame earlier this year. I love it, looks so much better that a traditional mounted-TV. and the TV has a lot of nice features.

Speak with a representative thru chat. Ask if there are any promotions associated with the TV size you want. They were able to give me a free bezel and installation at the TV price also.

For the space I'm putting the TV in, I got the 43 in for $799 + tax. with free shipping. No additional discount using military EPP. TV should arrive next week with the TV mounting a day or two after that. Note that install is performed by Handy.

This worked like a charm for me. CS rep offered the $100 refund instantly. Easily makes the BuyDig deal slickest of all - 55" for $949 + SD cash back + Chase PayPal rewards + free bezel + 4 year accidental damage warranty.

Side note: I was today years old when I learned it is pronounced "buy-dij" and not "buy-dig".
