I ordered mine yesterday (50" for $809.99) and got free bezel but turned down the free install. I actually started with the chat to inquire about the return policy. 15 days from receipt of the TV, not purchase according to agent. (I saved chat…) He actually offered the free bezel and install to get my to buy it then. I didn't know about this deal at the time. I refused the install though. He built the cart and sent a link to it. (You must already be logged into your EPP account though.) Once you click on the link, all items are there and discounted. He also offered to have it shipped out "immediately" whatever that means. It's currently still showing the original delivery date which is 10/27 for me and I ordered yesterday at 5:30est.

I refused install because my wall has nothing on it so I need to hide the One connect box in wall. That I'm sure goes beyond what an installer would do. I ordered this media box to do it.

This or Q70A? Both are almost the same price!
I would say it comes down to form factor and the art mode. Do you value the art feature and the super thin panel and mount of The Frame? Do you have somewhere to put the one connect box below the TV or nearby? Can you run the one connect wire through your wall or will it have to run down the outside? (The one connect wire is not in-wall rated so you need a conduit) The overall rating is the same between the two on Rtings but I didn't dig into the details.

I was on the fence between the 50" Frame and the 48" LG C1 since I prefer OLED. Costco deal puts the LG at $1100. $300 more for 2" less, better PQ and better viewing angle but it lacks the art mode and can't be mounted flush like The Frame. I'll see how the Frame goes. If I'm disappointed with the quality, I'll return.

This is not my main TV. This is for my sitting room next to the kitchen and dining room. I have a larger OLED and projector for serious TV/movie watching. I wanted a solid picture when watching TV and for it to blend in when not turned on… I went with the modern teak bezel…

I bought the 65" and the 32" last time this was on SD and returned both the day i received them. These are regular tvs with a separate device connected to them. There's no picture frame. The white part in the Samsung image is part of the picture being displayed. When showing your own pictures that white part won't be there. Your are better off plugging a chromecast into any tv and setting a screensaver. Horribly misleading.
First, I'm sorry you felt mislead, but the one connect box is shown in the pictures of the product page along with the one connect wire and explanation of what it is. Sorry you missed that.

But to correct something you stated. The white border is the matting look which can be added to any picture you want. You can even change the color of that matting/border. From what I've seen you can create your own pictures by putting multiple family photos on it and having a matting all around them. I don't have the TV yet, but about 30 minutes of research gave me all the info I needed to make an informed purchase. The only thing I don't know is in-person performance and I have to wait for that…

If the agents are on Pacific time, it's still pretty early…

Just ordered a 55 with a teak bezel. The code worked for free bezel.
I had to create a samsung account and the 899.99 price popped up.
Also used their 0% financing for 48 months.

If we put the potential for burn-in on the back burner for a second, OLED is literally much better in everything except brightness. If PQ is most important to you, then OLED is your TV.

If you're in a bright room and/or burn in causes you anxiety AND thin form factor and the Art feature is important, then the Frame is your TV. If potential for burn-in is an issue for you and your use case increases that risk, but you aren't that concerned about the frames thin form and art feature, there are much better LCD alternatives that stack up better against OLED.

I am confused. The Frame TV has a bezel, correct? So why are people asking about adding a bezel for free? Or is that just for different colors?? Thanks!

Different colors. Black is free. There are few other options.

It's not a separate link. You have to have an EPP account. Once you have the EPP account set up and you are logged into it, then you shop on Samsung's site and will be able to see any discounts on products. Other TVs are discounted right now too. But The Frame seems to be a larger discount…
Thanks, but that's not what I'm talking about. Someone earlier claimed they bought it through Perks at Work (which I have an account) not Samsung's Save@Work/EPP (which I don't qualify for). I think they may have just been confused.

Yeah, I think you're right. I've seen others get confused with that as well.
