I wouldn't call these "upscale pedals" but they do have 3 pedals. They are good "beginner" pedals. Many people upgrade with some mods to soften the brake pedal as it is super firm. There are other mods as well for better sensitivity on how hard you press the brakes.
The other comparable wheels are Thrustmaster TX which is a bit better but cost a bit more however is OOS everywhere, or Thrustmaster TMX which i think might be slightly inferior based on what i read with build quality. It also only has 2 pedals. This costs about the same, but no deals on it like this one
Neither of these include shifters. Logitech system the shifter is much cheaper ~$60 and lower quality, the thrustmaster shifter is ~$200 but higher quality. (all based on what i read, i dont have either of them)
I think this logitech system is a good buy if you plan on getting a basic nice beginner wheel and dont plan on upgrading.

I'm hoping to do the same, even if they're not on sale at the time. No idea what I'll buy if I can't use it on those.
I have not seen the gift card though. Where should it be? Email? In the shipping box? Dell acct? Thanks!
I just did earlier today, just add a $100 gift card then apply discount code, then add a $10 gift card to cart. Then checkout and apply gift certificate.
Also, thanks OP! Essentially got the wheel and $110 Xbox gift cards for $235. Amazing.
EDIT: Don't do this, they will likely cancel the order and you'll have to fight for your GC back. I may just return the wheel as they're just being shady as hell. I forgot why I stopped buying from Dell, now I remember. It's because they try to cheat and scam it's customers whenever they can.
