I've owned these for a long time now and they're pretty good. Some complaints however:
-very heavy. really strong clamping force too. Over time I've noticed this, however it's still usable
-haptics get picked up by the mic on the headset. Not a huge deal breaker if you have a separate, dedicated mic like me but when I first got this thing, I didn't, so my friends used to get annoyed on discord
-haptics make a HUGE dent on battery life. I'd usually get a few hours with it on so for the most part I'd have it off. If you don't game for long this is an okay trade-off. I'm on my computer working all day so I usually have it off, and when I'm gaming in the evenings I have more than enough juice to run. Sometimes I'd forget to charge overnight with haptics off and I'd even be fine the next day
All in all a good headset, just depends on what kind of user you are

I have these for the Xbox, which are slightly different, I think. For sure the Xbox doesn't use the dongle/USB but I think the haptic isn't as strong. Still, I love them!!
What I didn't like about the PS4 ones is that you had to change all the settings on your PC, by using USB in computer. I bought mine renewed off of Amazon and could never get it to work, so I returned.
But the haptics/bass are absolutely phenomenal on these...second only to my Crusher Evo.
