Kind of a weird question... I mean they are for two completely different things. Depends which mouth issue you are experiencing and want a toothpaste that helps you resolve.

Are your gums bleeding? Get Parodontax.

Are your teeth sensitive and do you have thin enamel? Get Sensodyne with Novamin.

If you have both problems I guess get both and brush with one in the AM and the other in the PM.

Titanium dioxide is basically "white paint" so the toothpaste looks white. While it is considered harmless, this can be argued, and there are not enough studies IMO, and if all it does is paints my toothpaste white, then I fail to see why I should have it in my mouth daily.
