I second that. Synergy Supreme+ premium gasoline whatever is just an advertisement. Pretty sure we can get the credit for buying any gas.

the BB&B I went to today did have a shelf full of 3rd-party GC's. Got 3x $25 Amazon gift cards on two separate Chase cards, unfortunately they didn't have the variable load version. Walgreens nearby did have the variable load Amazon GC's so I did the same thing you did there.

With Chase it may still work. Sometimes the offer is triggered by posting date/time rather than the transaction time (when it shows as pending on your account), then it should still work. I don't have a definitive data point to confirm this but you could check your account a week after the transaction has posted or call customer service after the transaction's posted to see if the offer was triggered. You got nothing to lose but the $14 if it doesn't work.
