The flash offers have been posted a couple days ago and they show up in Freedom too. I used the one for Bed Bath and Beyond. Chase offers are often YMMV.

Got all these offers on 4 of my cards, Today is the last day, got 4 $40 Amazon GC from Walgreens, 4 $20 McDonald's GC from McDonald's from one single trip; BBB is too far from my location, placed 2 orders online.

If you haven't already, be sure to turn on "Alert me when a Chase Offer is used" under "Balance & Spending Alerts".
It's doesn't always work however. I redeemed the same offer on 2 different cards. Only got the alert via email from one card.

This is for FLASH SALE offers which is only valid for a few days and at a higher percentage back. In this case it's 20%. There are other offers, but generally you get the 5-15% back. These offer are very YMMV and it varies from person to person. Are you saying you have these exact deal for 20% off and valid for a month? You'd be the first person.

I may have gotten screwed on my Exxon/Mobil gas purchase. For whatever reason the charge doesn't state Mobil in the name, just the location. I wouldn't be out too much as I had an almost full tank anyway. I'm going to reach out to Chase and see if they can do something about it - probably not. Sucks as there is no way to know until you are charged.
