I tried a similar off-brand vacuum with a similar "sensor" inertial navigation instead of the more expensive camera or lidar. The map it built was inaccurate and completely useless. Anker is a sort of brand name, maybe it works better.

Just saw your post and the iHome looks intriguing. How well does the thing mop? Do you have to refill water after every use? Thanks for the suggestion.
Mopping isn't incredible but is noticeable and a nice addition. Gets the dirt you don't notice off and makes the floors look shiny. I doubt picking up dried stains for something like jelly, but would get something simple like a coffee stain. You can set the amount of water it uses (low, medium high) I ran our whole downstairs about 3 times on medium till I noticed it was out of water but I don't know when it actually ran out. But it'll run fine without water, just doesn't mop. I haven't had it long enough to really say much about the mopping.

Biggest for me was the mapping/zoning with the app. Example, I can tell it to clean everything but the play room because I don't feel like getting it cleaned up (prepped) one night. Or just clean the dining room because the kids were extra messy at lunchtime.

Dustbin was more helpful than expected. I don't have to empty the little vaccum bin every run and which was always so full I know it stopped picking up anything at some point.

I ordered one Thursday afternoon and it was delivered on Friday at 5:48PM by Katrina, but not to my house. I spoke to one of their clueless CSRs at an overseas call center. There was no tracking and he had no record of who delivered it. It was probably delivered by a Door Dash or Postmates delivery person from one of the Walmarts near me. He did issue me a refund and I ordered another at the same price. I stopped at our nearest Walmart to find out if they knew anything, mainly though just to vent. They were just as clueless, and said that they kept no records of 3rd party deliveries, which I found hard to believe. They also told me that no address labels are put on the box, again hard to believe, so whoever received my 1st Eufy got a free one. You can thank Katrina.
The 2nd Eufy arrived early today by Fedex and required a signature. We charged it and ran it this afternoon. It's doing a good job mapping. Our house is a mix of hardwood floors and carpeting. No problems with it cleaning either.

Katrina snapped a pic of where she delivered it. It's on my Walmart account page. https://i.imgur.com/ORf1rhq.jpg If anyone who lives in the Maryville, TN area recognizes this house please post back.

That blue release button on the debris bin on mine was broken too. Called Eufy support, sending me the whole dust bin.
Why would anyone send this vacuum without putting it in bigger box to hide the content? That's just pure stupidity and it's like asking people to "please steal me, steal me"...

It's worth spending a bit more for a robot vacuum you'll actually use for years instead of ending up in a closet after a couple months. Just my 2 cents. You can find the roborock S4 for 300 bucks, or sometimes a roomba with dock for 500. Dock isn't 100% required but does make it feel way more "autonomous" like you just happen to have clean floors and don't even know why/spend any time thinking about it. Biggest reason to spend the extra $ on roomba is replacement parts. A lot of these smaller companies abandon prior models without a thought while 10 year old roombas are going strong today.

That said this is still a solid deal, especially for people in apartments or smaller areas that are on a budget. I wish more of these budget bots had the dock as that really elevates it to another level and they can't be that expensive to produce (although usually found for 200+ extra which makes no sense to me).
Agreed. Ive had several well rated cheap models from Eufy, Debot, Hoover... they were ok... I finally sprung for the IRobot i6 with the empty base and it's a world of difference. Didn't realize what I was missing. The self emptying base is a HUGE upgrade. And the the device just works better. I really don't have to think about this thing more than once a month vs emptying the others every day.

Bought this for my mom from the original listing a few days ago. It was delivered today but a small part was broken. The release mechanism (blue button) for the debris tray was broken where the screw holds it in. I think it's because if the way it's packaged from the manufacturer because this part is on the very bottom of the box and the vacuum is packed vertically, so all the weight would be on this one little part if the box was dropped hard. I don't know if I should request an exchange from Walmart or if I should contact the manufacturer and ask for them to send me a new debris tray assembly.
I'm not alone! Please update if eufy is good and will send a replacement rubbish tray. Don't love returning things

I have the 25C and just bought this. 25 C moves around randomly, which means it misses spots, also means it goes over some areas over and over while missing other areas.

For those who have tile floors with deep grout lines, these robots make a thud sound when going over each and every grout line! My upstairs large master bath has this type of tile and it leads to noise downstairs when the robot goes randomly into the bathroom from the bedroom and thud-thud-thud.

Says I should receive this tomorrow. We'll see if I keep it or get an iHome for the convenience of telling it where to go without those boundary strips.

Total stupidity.

Walmart uses currently godawful FedEx. It was bad prior to The Great Resignation, but now it's pure horribleness. Until I raised hell a year ago, the Ground driver kept delivering my stuff to a house 4 streets over.

I bought some Walmart tires and they were lost at my local warehouse for 3 weeks. Walmart issued a refund. Then 3 of the 4 showed up Friday. God knows where the fourth one is.

Once you know the shipping tracking code, head to Fedex, register for Delivery Manager and request to "hold at location" for pickup or redirection to another residential location... or risk losing it either to FedEx internally or porch pirates.

I hate dealing with FraudEx, I have too many nightmare stories when there use to be great deals on eBay on the daily but thankfully PayPal had my back. Personally, I had the best experience with DHL & UPS is a little better than USPS but CrapEx was a crap shoot if I got my package back in the days. Last time I dealt w/ them was a year ago. I didn't get my package, it took a few weeks to a month to get my full refund because the item was delivered to the wrong place. Plus, item was worth at least a few hundred dollars & they took forever to supposedly investigate.

Picked up two of these yesterday to replace my old Neato D3, as the battery was not holding more than a 10 min charge anymore. The suction power is superior on these Eufys, the mapping is decent, and they haven't gotten lost yet. They don't seem to like rugs, but I can move those if needed. Overall, really happy with them for the price.

Called Eufy support, USA: 1-800-988-7973 Monday to Sunday 6:15AM to 6:45 PM (PT), on Saturday. Spoke to an American CSR. Gave her the serial number and my email address. She sent me an email and I had to reply with a screenshot of my receipt from my Walmart account page. Received an email this morning that a new dust bin is being shipped.

Edit 11-1: received the dust bin today from CA. Great customer support.
