Nice deal OP! If anyone wants a larger version in gray and black, the 35L Ozark Trail Shiloh Backpack w/hydration and insulated pouch is still avail on clearance for $14.97.

I have one of these and love it. Yeah, its kind of small, and lightweight, so I wouldn't suggest it for school, where you would be carrying larger textbooks, or overnight trips. I use it for day hiking (sometimes long days). It is a great size for snacks and water. I have used it with my own water bladder, and without. It has made its way up Mt. Washington, with some extra gear (pants, shirt, jacket, hat, water bottle as well as the bladder, snacks, pocketknife, ext, nothing too crazy). I've carried this little bag with me for a few hundred miles of hiking at this point. This deal makes me want to pick up another, but the one I have is still in perfect shape, minus sweat and dirt.

Its been this price at least since summer, beware the packs are kinda small and flimsy. Very similar to Eddie Bauer bags that are often in same price range, just a heads up but probably still worth $10. My middle school aged kid for example said it was way too small for school.

I'm pretty sure these cheap packs are just to get people to sign up for Walmart+.

I have packs by Osprey, Kelty, Mountain Hardware, Eddie Bauer and North Face. For the money, you cant beat Ozark Trail and Outdoor Products. I'm always hesitant to get my nice stuff dirty so I use the Walmart stuff a lot and it takes a beating

It's low quality but perfectly fine for just a few hour hikes near town. Ozark has basically no warranty and one of their high end flashlights I bought went tits up around 50 days. I beat a dead horse trying to get a replacement, a credit, really anything.

They don't even have a website anymore. Walmart bought them.

That being said, it's a 10 dollar backback. Just don't use it on a multi day hike.

EDIT:

They literally just send you to a voicemail it's AS IS. My flashlight was $60 so that sucks.
