Yeah, no thanks.
Not if you're an existing customer. Maybe if you're new, but I did it with the Spire offer and this just now and no hard pulls either time.
Do I have to keep the $100 cash reward at Fidelity once I receive it?
Yes. While you don't need to keep your initial deposit of $50 in the new account for more than the qualification period, you must keep the $100 cash reward (minus any losses related to trading or market volatility, or margin debit balances) in the eligible account for a minimum of 90 calendar days starting from when you receive the reward.

They enabled "direct routing" to IEX now, not like TD Ameritrade which says it routes to IEX, but passes our orders to Citadel. Good positive move from Fidelity.
One of the reasons I'm moving my funds from TDA to Fidelity.
I've had an account with Fidelity for almost 7 years! Granted, I only have one penny in it, but I do HAVE one! 😃😂 I just let them waste their postage to send me a statement every quarter! 😄
Existing Fidelity customer. Didn't get confirmation email after opening cash management. Wife is a new Fidelity customer. She got her email right away. Anyone else facing this issue?
Welcome to the party.. granted we've been doing this a long time already. The investment community is enjoying retail investors pouring in the past 15 years.. thanks in advance. Good luck.
Existing member. Created Cash Management and almost instant $100 email confirmation.
Did you fund your new account during the sign-up process? If so, using which method? I'm also an existing member (brokerage account) and signed up for a cash management account and funded it with $50 from my brokerage account. I got the "Welcome to your New Account" email pretty quickly, but haven't received the $100 promo confirmation email yet.
I kind of rushed through the opening an account process and didn't really see a place to enter a promo code (existing customer). I used the link from the original post, so hoping I still get a promo, else I'll likely call CS and see if they can retroactively provide me with the bonus. Their CS is usually fairly solid IME.

facing same issue no email confirmation me , but she got email instant.
I am an existing customer and opened a cash management account. I couldn't see the newly opened account at first until I logged out and now I see it when I log in. The problem is when I try and fund it the newly opened acct doesn't show up as a funding destination in the drop down menu of my account when logged in via the website. I see another one of my accounts in the pulldown but I don't want to deposit money into that account.
Anyone else see this? If so how do I get around it so I can send money into the newly opened account?
Thanks,
-Guru
I'm having this problem too. The new account shows up on my list of accounts, but not showing up on the transfer menu yet. I'm going to try and fund the account tomorrow
I have a brokerage at Fidelity but roth & traditional IRAs elsewhere. I know you can have multiple IRAs as long as the total contribution is less than 6K, I believe. Has anyone opened a roth and a traditional IRA with this promotion and expecting to receive two $100 bonuses?

I have 2-3-4-5 year cd's. I got that 4 year wrong. Lost too much over the years. I worked at my plant for 43 years. We were given "profit sharing" that came to about $4000 a year. Cd $$ is by itself not in the roughly $175,000. Fidelity got tired of me arguing with them and kicked me out. With Ameritrade now.

You need to fund it with non Fidelity funds. The terms states you must fund the account with a minimum of $50 ("net deposit') from an external, non-Fidelity source.

New tax rates on people making over $400,000 a year. If you ain't that, you can stop the fake tears.
A great hedge against out of control taxes which will be inevitable with this reckless Government going forward
