Sub is not wireless. Add two more book shelf speakers to ceiling so you get the atmos for $90.
Price breakdown-Individually the two 610f are $299(Adorama) , bookshelf 41M are $90 (Costco), the sub at $149 (Adorama) & center 52C at $224 (Amazon) Total cost=$764. You save 164 with bundle in this post.
Good deal. You could probably pick up the individual pieces for slightly less if you were super patient and found the best deals but this is a really good price to get the whole package.
I bought these at this exact price at Adorama a few months ago. I paired it with Denon S750 AR. I'm no expert so the expectations may vary, but I am very happy with the setup I have that I moved from a 300w 2.1 soundbar.
i had the 610F, R-25C, and the R-12SW sub in my adorama cart to complete a budget friendly 5.1 system as i already have R-14M bookshelfs from a few years back. looks like the bundle has the newer R-52C and includes the R-41M bookshelfs for $20 less haha. needless to say, picked up this bundle instead. now to figure out what to do w/ extra bookshelf speakers
Would this be an improvement over my Pioneer Andrew Jones' for movie watching?
I'm fairly satisfied with my speakers except the center channel where I feel like dialogs in movies/tv shows aren't as crisp/clear as I'd like them to be. I've put up with them for a while but I'm getting to the point where I feel like I should just bite the bullet and get a better set.
I just bought the R-52c separately to replace that AJ center. It is so much better. I couldn't stand fighting the dialogue. eventually I plan on replacing the rest so they match
I happen to have both, the pioneers on a 1975 Marantz (they kick butt for the price) and the Klipsch on a Yamaha as31. The Klipsch need time to break in but once they do they carry a lot more mid and low than the pioneers. I only have the bookshelf reference pair from this set. Hanging from my basement ceiling for music and movies.

Thank you both. I ended up spending a good chunk of yesterday reading about speakers. I'm leaning towards going up to the Reference Premiere line (RP450C+RP4000F) and moving my AJ fronts to use as surrounds, but maybe this Reference set is good enough. I'm no audiophile by any means; I'm just frustrated with the AJ center.
I'm looking at one of these sort of 5 speaker sets and adding Atmos speakers if needed. But this $600 with, are the tower speakers any good? Vs this Jamo with 3 woofers in the towers: https://slickdeals.net/share/android_app/t/15268909

I am planning to finish basement with these speakers. How do we mount center and bookshelf speakers on wall?
Look up center channel mounts, but you should have a TV stand/cabinet that you would mount it on.. Zero reason it shouldn't be in your basement, even if TV is wall mounted, it should sit below it..
