The cherry flavor is horrible . They work amazing . Get the orange flavor cause the cherry taste too much like medicine.

Cherry is fine for me, I prefer the berry flavor though. in terms of actually helping sore throats these are the best as they actually numb with lidocane or whatever, most cough drops are just sugar and menthol, they are nice but they dont numb the pain.

Not sure about orange. I heard black licorice is pretty good, but I might be thinking of a different brand.

I found that gargling with mouth wash helps my sore throat more than chloraseptic Spray...not sure about these drops.

You don't need a lot, tiny bit, gargle, spit, rinse and repeat whenever needed. Combine with Motrin or Tylenol for pain. Sore throats suck ass.
